More than a hundred researchers from 14 countries will present 88 papers at the 10th International Congress on Railway History in Alcázar de San Juan

 

The preparatory phase of the 10th International Congress on Railway History has come to an end. As shown in the program, there will be 88 papers presented in 9 sessions by more than a hundred researchers. These researchers represent 14 countries, including 7 European countries—Germany, Spain, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, and the Czech Republic—and 7 American countries—Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Uruguay, and the United States.

The speakers come from 36 universities in these countries and 16 research centers. Spanish universities, with 16, are the most represented, followed by Argentine, Brazilian, and Mexican universities.

In short, this conference features a high level of international representation, significant participation from universities and research centers, and an undeniable diversity of topics—all of which, taken together, point to great success.
