In accordance with the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), based on Article 8 of the GDPR, individuals under the age of fourteen are not permitted to register as users of this website without the consent of their legal guardians or custodians. Failure by the user to comply with this requirement will result in the deletion of the data provided.
In compliance with the obligation to provide information regarding data collection under the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), pursuant to Article 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we hereby inform you of the existence of a personal data file or processing operation owned bythe Iberian Association of Railway History – ASIFH, created for the purpose of providing you with the requested services and offering our activities, services, and/or products. The data will be retained to send you offers for products and/or services or information of interest to you fromthe Iberian Association of Railway History – ASIFH, by any means, including electronic ones, to whichyou expressly consent. At any time, you may exercise the rights set forth in Articles 15 through 22 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); consequently, you have the right to request from the data controller access to your personal data, as well as its rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, or to object to the processing, and you also have the right to data portability, by sending a written request, verifying your identity, addressed tothe Iberian Association of Railway History – ASIFH, Paseo de las Delicias, 61 – 28045 Madrid, or by email, verifying your identity, to secretario@asihf.org.
We also inform you that, in accordance with Article 13.1(d) of the GDPR, the legitimate interest pursued by the data controller that legitimizes or authorizes the processing of your personal data is the performance of a verbal or written agreement or contract, provided that the data subject’s interests or fundamental rights and freedoms do not override such interests.
Regarding the retention period for your personal data, we inform you that it will be retained for as long as it is necessary or relevant for the purpose for which it was collected or recorded. Therefore, it will be deleted once it is no longer necessary to fulfill the legitimate purposes described above. In accordance with Article 13.2(c) of the GDPR, we hereby inform you of your right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
We also inform you of your right to file a complaint, if applicable, with the national supervisory authority (Spanish Data Protection Agency – AEPD).
