This event is organized in collaboration with the Network for Studies on Cities, Railroads, and Ports—Historical Perspectives and Current Realities, as part of two internal projects of the CIDEHUS , funded by the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology: UF&Port – The Relationship Between Urban Planning and Railways in Atlantic Port Cities of the Iberian Peninsula and Brazil and Railways and the Agri-Food Industry: Vectors of Territorial Organization and Changes in the Alentejo Landscape (19th and 20th Centuries) .
