ASIHFand theScientific Committeeofthe 10th Congress on Railway History, to be held in Alcázar de San Juan in June 2026, are pleased to announce that they have receivedsixty proposalsfor papers. This remarkable response from researchers underscores, once again, that railways continue to be one of the most prominent areas of historical research. It is also worth noting that, despite having held nine congresses and other seminars and meetings, the topics covered continue to be fruitful, and the involvement of new and young researchers appears to be sustained.
Because the deadline for submitting proposals fell during the summer, the Scientific Committee has decided to extend it untilSeptember 30,underthe same conditions set forth in the First Circular dated April 24, 2025.
